KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 18Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said policy initiatives have already been started to upgrade the Grade 10 Secondary Education Examination (SEE) results to about 70 percent. The present pass rate of students in SEE is around 50 percent. "Policy-level initiatives have already begun to bring significant improvement in the SEE results.
